Pokémon Mega Evolution TCG (2026): Every ME Series Set in Order
By Dexhaul Team · October 30, 2026 · 6 min read
The Pokémon Mega Evolution TCG has released six English sets since September 2025, with a seventh arriving November 6, 2026. If you want to collect the full line or are choosing your first box, here is every set in order, what to buy first, and how the Japanese M-series fits in.
The ME series ties directly to Pokémon Legends: Z-A and the Mega Evolution mechanic first introduced in the X and Y games (Bulbapedia). Each set spotlights different Mega Pokémon and introduces new ex and Illustration Rare variants unique to the line.
Six sets are in print and in stock today. Delta Reign (ME06) is a pre-order shipping November 6, 2026. Aura Seeker (ME07) is currently Japanese-only.

Where to start in the Pokémon Mega Evolution TCG series
Three sets stand out depending on your goal:
ME01 Mega Evolution Base Set: the origin
The set that launched the line in September 2025, ME01 is worth owning for completists and anyone who wants the foundational Mega ex cards from the debut print run. Prices have climbed from MSRP, so expect to pay a premium. If you spot it under $200, that is a reasonable secondary market buy.
ME03 Perfect Order: the value pick
Perfect Order is the lowest-priced booster box in the current English ME line at around $170 observed. It is a mid-series set with broad Mega Pokémon coverage and a full product range, from booster bundles under $30 through to a full booster box. This is the right entry point if your priority is opening packs at the lowest cost per pack in the ME series.
ME06 Delta Reign: the upcoming release
Delta Reign ships November 6, 2026 and is in pre-order now. It is the sixth set in the English line and the current focal point of the ME series. Pre-orders across independent shops are running $220–250 for a booster box. If you want to open packs on launch day, locking in a pre-order now at the lower end of that range is worth it. See the Delta Reign hub for the full product lineup and pre-order notes.
The JP M-series: getting early access to ME sets
Every English ME set has a Japanese counterpart in the M-series. The JP version launches before the English release, giving importers a window of several weeks of early access. This is the most useful fact the table above does not show.
The most visible example: M4 Ninja Spinner (Japanese) is the direct equivalent of ME04 Chaos Rising (English). The two sets share the same pool of Mega Pokémon and similar card designs, but the Japanese set uses Japanese text and has a different card numbering system.
JP M-series boxes cost less than their English equivalents on average. The trade-off is language: card text is in Japanese, which matters for casual play but not for grading. For competitive play, only the English ME sets are legal in official Pokémon TCG tournaments, so check current legality before buying JP for competitive use.
ME07 Aura Seeker is Japanese-only at the time of writing. There is no confirmed English release date. If you want early access, JP booster boxes are in pre-order now at $104–127 observed, shipping November 27, 2026. The Japanese Mega TCG series guide covers the full JP M-series in detail.
ME series picks for Q4 gifts
The ME series works well as a Q4 gift because each set has a range of price points. Booster bundles sit under $45 for most in-stock sets. A booster box is the collector-tier gift in the $170–250 range. See the Pokémon 2026 holiday gift guide for a full breakdown by budget and recipient.
For gifting, ME03 Perfect Order and ME04 Chaos Rising are the easiest picks: both are fully in stock, both have the full product range from bundle to box, and neither carries the "sold out or overpriced" risk that ME01 and ME02 can have at certain sellers. The ME series ranked for different buyers goes deeper on which set suits which collector type.
ME06 Delta Reign pre-orders make a strong gift if the recipient is tracking the series. Locking in a booster box before the November 6, 2026 release date at $220–250 is competitive with post-launch secondary pricing if the set lands well. Booster bundles for ME06 are pre-ordering at $40–55, a solid budget gift option.
ME05 Pitch Black ETBs are in stock at around $65–73 observed. An ETB is the sweet spot for a Q4 gift: enough packs to feel substantial, packaged with sleeves and a playmat, and not the commitment of a full booster box.
