Wave 1 and Wave 2: What the Labels Actually Mean
Most product pages mention "Wave 1" or "Wave 2" without explaining the difference. It matters more than it looks.
When a set launches at this scale, sellers split their allocation into shipment batches. Wave 1 is the first allocation that ships closer to the initial release date. The Upper Hand lists both the Delta Reign ETB ($147 USD) and Booster Box ($286 USD) with "25% Restocking Fee" in the product title. That is not a handling charge at checkout. It is a cancellation penalty.
If you pre-order the ETB at $147 USD and later cancel, you lose $36.75. On the Booster Box at $286 USD, a cancellation costs $71.50. The lower upfront price is real, but it comes with financial commitment from the moment you order.
