Terms of Service

The short version: DexHaul is a free search engine that helps you find Pokémon products other shops already sell, and links you to those shops. We don't sell the products, set the prices, or handle checkout. Any purchase is strictly between you and the merchant, and listings can be inaccurate, so always verify on the merchant's site.

1. Acceptance of these terms

By using DexHaul (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. What DexHaul is (and isn't)

DexHaul is a search and referral tool. It surfaces Pokémon products that independent shops already list for sale through Shopify's Universal Commerce Protocol catalog and links out to those shops. DexHaul is not a store, marketplace, or seller. We do not hold inventory, set prices, process payments, fulfill orders, or handle returns. Every transaction is solely between you and the third-party merchant.

3. No affiliation with the Pokémon rights holders

DexHaul is independent and unofficial. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Nintendo, Game Freak, Creatures Inc., or The Pokémon Company. Pokémon and Pokémon character names are trademarks of their respective owners; they are used here only descriptively (nominative fair use) to help shoppers find products. Fan-made items surfaced by the Service are created and sold by independent artists and are not licensed products; each seller is responsible for their own listings.

4. Third-party merchants and links

Result cards link to independent merchant websites that we do not own or control. We are not responsible for those sites, their products, their content, their prices, or their handling of your data. Your dealings with any merchant, including payment and delivery, are governed by that merchant's own terms and policies.

5. Accuracy and availability; no warranty

Listings, prices, images, and availability come from the merchants via Shopify and can change or be inaccurate or out of date. Currency conversions are indicative; the final checkout currency and amount are set by each merchant's own store. Always confirm the details on the merchant's own site before buying. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by scraping, hammering it with automated requests, attempting to bypass rate limits, interfering with its operation, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

7. Intellectual property

The DexHaul name, wordmark, and site design belong to the site operator. Product titles, descriptions, and images belong to the respective merchants or their licensors and are shown for reference and to link you to the source listing. Pokémon-related trademarks belong to their respective owners.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator of DexHaul will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising out of your use of (or inability to use) the Service or any third-party merchant you reach through it.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version.
