ME06 Delta Reign Pre-Order Guide: Every Format From $26 to $230
By Dexhaul Team · September 6, 2026
ME06 Delta Reign pre-orders are open right now, with formats running from $26 sleeved blisters to $230 booster boxes.
The sixth set in Pokémon's Mega Evolution TCG series brings Mega Rayquaza ex as its headline card. The name "Delta Reign" is a direct reference to the Delta Episode, the post-game arc in Pokémon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire where Rayquaza Mega Evolves for the first time in an official story context to stop a meteorite from destroying Hoenn.
Every previous Mega Evolution set built toward this moment mechanically. ME06 finally anchors it to a single, iconic narrative beat.
Delta Reign also introduces Legendary Stadiums, a paired mechanic where both halves of each Stadium card appear together in the same pack. Collectors who remember the frustration of hunting a matching LEGEND card partner will recognize the problem this solves: a complete two-part card arrives guaranteed rather than requiring a trade or separate order.
The Full Product Lineup
Six product formats are available for pre-order, covering every entry point from a single-pack blister to a 36-pack booster box. Here is what each format includes and what it is designed for.
Sleeved Blisters: The Lowest-Cost Entry
The sleeved blister is the lowest-cost entry into Delta Reign. Mint Sports Cards lists a set of four different arts at $33 total, covering every blister artwork variant at $8.25 each. This is the only single listing that locks in the complete four-art run without assembling multiple separate orders, which matters if you plan to display the full artwork set.
Prince Distribution has individual allocated blisters at CA$4.55 each for collectors who only need one or two specific arts.
Build and Battle Box: The Playable Format
The Build and Battle Box from Lazarus Games is listed at $44.95. It includes four booster packs plus a 40-card prebuilt deck built around the Delta Reign mechanics. The deck is the differentiator: no other sub-$100 format gives you a ready-to-play experience out of the box.
If you want to play the cards rather than sort them into binders, the BBB is the obvious starting point.
Booster Bundle: More Packs at the Same Price
MHDEALSPLUS has the Booster Bundle at $44.95, matching the BBB entry price. The Booster Bundle skips the prebuilt deck and delivers more booster packs instead. For pull-focused collectors who have no interest in playing, the Booster Bundle gives better pack yield per dollar at this tier than the BBB does.
PTC Collectibles lists a Booster Bundle at $104. Banana Games has a "Wave 2" Booster Bundle at $98. The Wave 2 label is important: these are separate product tiers from the initial launch wave, and they ship after Wave 1 products reach customers.
Elite Trainer Box: The Collector Standard
The ETB is the mainstream collector's format. Mint Sports Cards has it at $96 open pre-order. Prince Distribution carries an allocated ETB at CA$56.50, the most competitive price currently listed.
Both versions include the same box contents: booster packs, card sleeves, dice, damage counters, a cardboard storage tray, and an ETB-exclusive promo card.
PTC Collectibles lists an ETB with an acrylic display case bundled in at $185. The acrylic case is increasingly common as a merchant add-on: it converts the ETB from a game product into a display piece, which is a different kind of value and a different reason to buy.
Booster Box: The Dedicated Collector Format
A booster box contains 36 packs and brings the per-pack cost down relative to buying packs individually. TruchaPokeShop has it at $230.
This is a case-breaker or serious set-completion purchase. For most collectors, the ETB is the practical ceiling before costs require a deliberate decision about scale.
How to Choose Your Pre-Order
Three questions narrow the decision: whether you want to play the cards, how many packs you want, and how quickly you need the product.
Allocated vs. Open Pre-Orders
Prince Distribution marks its ETB and sleeved blister listings as "Allocated," meaning each carries a fixed fulfillment cap. When the allocated quantity fills, the listing closes and that price is gone. MHDEALSPLUS, Mint Sports, and Lazarus Games run open pre-orders with no visible allocation cap, which means they stay available closer to the release date.
If the Prince allocated ETB price matters to your decision, act on it before the allocation fills. Open pre-orders have more flexibility on timing.
Wave 1 vs. Wave 2
Delta Reign follows a phased release structure. Wave 1 covers the ETB, BBB, and standard Booster Bundle. Wave 2 products, including Banana Games' $98 Booster Bundle, launch after the initial release window.
Pre-ordering Wave 1 now gives you product on launch day. Wave 2 pre-orders make sense for collectors who want the complete product line across both waves rather than just day-one access.
This is the same structure 30th Celebration uses: an ETB Wave 1 launch followed by Booster Bundle and Ultra Premium Collection in subsequent waves. Knowing which wave your pre-order belongs to sets the right expectation for when it ships.
BBB vs. Booster Bundle at the Same Price
At $44.95, the Build and Battle Box and the entry-level Booster Bundle cost the same. The choice is clean.
If you want to play, the BBB's prebuilt deck is the reason it exists: no other format at this price gives you something ready to play immediately. If you only want packs to open and collect, the Booster Bundle delivers more pack openings per dollar.
There is no scenario where the BBB makes more sense for a collector who will never shuffle the deck.
