Blastoise

Blastoise is the Water-type Shellfish Pokemon and the fully evolved final form of the Squirtle line, reached at level 36. Its defining feature is the pair of water cannons mounted on its shell, which appear in nearly every piece of official artwork and are the basis of its signature move, Hydro Pump.

Blastoise has a base stat total of 530, with notable Defense (100) and Special Defense (105) making it the most physically durable of the three Kanto starter finals. It gained a Mega Evolution in Pokemon X and Y, Mega Blastoise, which raises Special Attack to 135. A Gigantamax form was added in Sword and Shield. Blastoise is one of the three Pokemon featured on the original 1996 Base Set holo rare lineup, and early Base Set Blastoise cards remain a target for Kanto set collectors. Plush, figures, and articulated action figures of Blastoise have been widely available since the franchise launch.
