By Dexhaul Team · October 15, 2026 · 5 min read
The Jazwares Pokémon Holiday Advent Calendar 2026 released on September 15, 2026, at a manufacturer's suggested retail price of $49.99 USD. Behind its 24 numbered doors sit 19 2-inch Battle Figures with an exclusive holiday finish and 5 holiday scene accessories. One surprise opens per day from December 1 through 24. Every Battle Figure in this calendar carries a special seasonal finish applied only to this product: the same characters appear in the standard Battle Figure range but without this finish.
Secondary market copies at independent retailers currently run $74.99 to $109.98. Checking primary retailers directly is the fastest way to find this at or near MSRP before the holiday rush.

Why the Figure Selection Matters in 2026
Jazwares built the 2026 roster around winter-capable Pokémon rather than simply reprinting prior-year characters. Three picks stand out on their own merits.
Deerling (Winter Form) is the one figure you cannot reliably find elsewhere. Deerling changes its form based on the real-world season in the mainline games, and its Winter Form carries an ice-blue and white coat that only appears during December through February. Jazwares specifically chose the Winter Form for this calendar rather than the Spring or Summer default. It is the only widely distributed retail format where this specific design appears as a figure.
Galarian Darumaka is the Galar region's ice-type reimagining of the Daruma line. Unlike the Unovan original (Fire-type), Galarian Darumaka is pure Ice-type, giving it a frosted aesthetic that reads as naturally holiday-themed without adding a prop accessory. It has not appeared in prior Jazwares holiday calendars.
Alolan Vulpix completes the winter trio. Its Ice-type Alolan Form has been a seasonal staple since 2019, and its appearance in 2026 confirms Jazwares is treating it as a calendar anchor character alongside Pikachu and Eevee.
The remaining Battle Figures span Generations 1 through 9: Pikachu, Eevee, Charmander, Bulbasaur, Squirtle, Togepi, Cleffa, Bonsly, Teddiursa, Munchlax, Alcremie, Popplio, Shinx, Tinkatink, Pawmi, Poliwag, Growlithe, Caterpie, Treecko, Applin, and Charcadet, alongside the 5 holiday scene accessories.
How the 2026 Edition Compares to Past Years
| Year | Battle Figures | Accessories | Special Feature | MSRP |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 2022 | 16 (red finish) | 9 diorama pieces + lights/music | Pop-up winter wonderland display with sound | ~$49.99 |
| 2025 | 16 (pearl finish) | 8 accessories + illuminated display | Illuminated scene base | ~$49.99 |
| 2026 | 19 (holiday finish) | 5 scene accessories | +3 more figures vs 2025; simpler scene | $49.99 |
The 2026 calendar adds three more Battle Figures compared to the 2025 edition but drops the elaborate diorama accessories. If you kept prior-year calendars for the illuminated scene display, the 2026 version trades that feature for a deeper figure lineup. If you primarily use the Battle Figures for play or a shelf display, the 2026 edition gives you more characters at the same price point.
Funko Bitty Pop! Pokémon 2026: The Alternative Option
The Funko Bitty Pop! Pokémon 2026 Edition Advent Calendar ($34.99 MSRP, in stock at multiple retailers) holds 10 approximately 1-inch Bitty Pop micro-figures, 7 stackable display pieces, 3 holiday accessories, and 4 collector display cases behind 24 doors. Every Bitty Pop figure integrates into the broader Funko Bitty Pop line, adding display value after December 24.
The key distinction is figure scale and age rating. Jazwares Battle Figures are 2 inches tall and rated 4+. Funko Bitty Pops are under 1 inch and officially rated 6+ due to small parts. For children under 6, the Jazwares calendar is the correct choice. For adult collectors who want figures that slot into a Funko display system, the Bitty Pop edition is the better fit.
Where to Buy the 2026 Pokémon Advent Calendar
Primary retailers (mass-market toy stores, Amazon) typically carry the Jazwares Holiday Calendar at or near the $49.99 MSRP. Independent shops in the Dexhaul plush and figures catalogue currently have sealed copies available, with prices ranging from $74.99 upward depending on seller and region. Secondary prices tend to rise sharply once primary stock sells through in October, so ordering now rather than in November is the practical move.
The Funko Bitty Pop 2026 edition has a wider availability footprint and is showing closer to its $34.99 MSRP across multiple current listings. If the Jazwares version is out of stock at MSRP, the Funko is a viable same-format alternative that ships readily.
