Ditto in 2026: The Transform Plush Line, Delta Species Cards, and a Sep 16 Pre-Order

Ditto copies everything. Its merchandise doesn't.
No other Pokémon has an entire plush product line built around impersonating other Pokémon. No other Pokémon has a TCG set where its card art shows it mid-transformation into named, specific targets.
In September, Ditto gets its own premium collection tied to the 30th Anniversary Celebration launch. If you're just buying a blob-shaped plush, you're skipping the most interesting part of the Ditto collector experience.
Here is every entry point, from the $8 Fossil Unlimited card to the $400 PSA 9 Delta Species rarity.
The Transform Plush Line
The "Ditto as X" series is genuinely unique in licensed Pokémon merchandise. Pokémon Center produces plush where Ditto appears disguised as other Pokémon: it keeps its signature wide-eyed face, but its body takes the shape and color of the target. The result is a line that builds on Ditto's Transform ability directly, rather than just depicting the Pokémon as a generic stuffed animal.
Current independent merchants are stocking several variants. Ditto As Eevee and Ditto As Jigglypuff both run around $34. The premium pick is the Pokémon Center Ditto As Umbreon, listed around $49.
Each version is a distinct collectible.
The collecting logic here is different from a standard character plush. You're building a set of Ditto variants rather than a single character display. For buyers who already own Umbreon, Eevee, or Jigglypuff plush, the matching Ditto-as version creates a natural pairing piece.
Standard Plush: Entry to Premium
If the Transform line is too niche, the standard Ditto plush catalog has plenty of range.
The entry points are the Pokémon Ditto Celebration Mascot Plush Keychain at $14.99 and the Ditto Mascot Plush PM47 from the Pokémon All Star Collection line at $16. Both are compact, clip-friendly, and well-suited to bag charms or desk pieces.
Step up to $30 and you get the "I Choose You!" Plush from Yeti Gaming, a mid-size option that references the original Pokémon film. The Sekiguchi Mokomoko Puchi Ditto Plush at $31 is a Japanese import with a distinctive fluffy texture, different from the standard smooth finish.
At the top of the standard plush range, the 12" Celebration Plush at $39.99 is the most shelf-presentable option, and the Interactive Plush Toy Ditto at $52 adds sound and motion features for a different kind of display. Neither is rare, but both are consistently in stock through independent merchants when Pokémon Center stock runs dry.
The LEGO Angle
The LEGO Pokémon 40887 "Ditto as Squirtle: Movie Night" set stands out as the only LEGO Pokémon set built specifically around a transformation. At $49.99, it is a licensed set where the Ditto figure is depicted mid-Transform, shaped like Squirtle but wearing Ditto's expression. For collectors who hold both LEGO and Pokémon in the same collection, this is a natural crossover pick that doesn't duplicate anything else in either catalog.
TCG Singles: Every Era Has One
Ditto has appeared in more Pokémon TCG sets than most people realize, and the price range across those appearances is unusually wide.
At the entry end, the SV: Scarlet and Violet 151 Ditto (132/165) is available from multiple independent sellers between $1.99 and $13.50 depending on condition. It is the same card, the same art, the same print run. The price difference is purely seller markup.
The Fossil Unlimited Ditto (18/62) at $8 is older and carries a Gen 1 nostalgia premium, but is still accessible.
Moving into the mid-tier: the Lost Thunder Prism Star Ditto (154/214) at $16 is notable because Prism Stars are once-per-deck rule cards with distinct gold borders, making this a category-different card from standard Ditto prints. The Crown Zenith Galarian Gallery GG22/GG70 Holo Rare runs around CA$26. The Paldean Fates Ditto (201/091) at $48.99 is a beyond-set-number Shiny Rare with alternate art, the highest-value current-era Ditto single from mainstream sets.
For 1st Edition collectors: the Fossil 1st Edition Ditto (3/62) at $47 is in ungraded played-to-NM condition from Trading Card World, still accessible without the PSA premium.
Delta Species: The Only Cards Where Ditto Is Caught Mid-Transform
The EX: Delta Species set (2005) is the only Pokémon TCG release where Ditto card art explicitly depicts it transformed into other named Pokémon. This is not a thematic choice: the cards are actually named and numbered with the target Pokémon embedded in their identity.
The set contains multiple Ditto variants, each appearing as a different Pokémon on the card face. "Ditto (62/113)" appears as Geodude. "Ditto (37/113)" is Ditto as Charmander.

Entry-level Delta Species Ditto cards are still in range. The Ditto 62/113 (appearing as Geodude) is available around $20. The Holo Rare 35/113 from the same set runs $78 to $90 ungraded.
These are not widely hunted cards, which is part of the appeal. The Delta Species Ditto sub-arc is a genuine niche with meaningful price separation between variants.
The Sep 16 Pre-Order: 30th Celebration Ditto Premium Collection
The 30th Celebration Ditto Premium Collection releases September 16, 2026, alongside the broader 30th Anniversary Celebration wave. MHDEALSPLUS has it at $129.95 USD as a pre-order; Collection Realm lists it at $279.99 (check seller notes for currency and shipping differences before buying).
The collection includes one Ditto promo card, an acrylic card display stand, eight 30th Celebration booster packs, and a Pokémon TCG Live code card. The promo card is the main draw for TCG collectors; the acrylic display stand is a meaningful inclusion for anyone who wall-displays their promo singles rather than sleeving them. This is the only dedicated Ditto premium product in the 30th Celebration lineup.
