Pokémon Forest Re-Ment (2026): Every Volume and Tree Build
By Dexhaul Team · October 8, 2026 · 7 min read
The Pokémon Forest Re-Ment series is not one line. It is three distinct product families that share a theme but use entirely different display mechanics.
Re-Ment's original stacking series ran from April 9, 2018 to October 24, 2022 across seven volumes. Each volume has six blind box designs, and the figures interlock to build a vertical tree diorama. Since the main series ended, Re-Ment has released forest-themed spin-offs that look similar in photos but cannot be stacked with the originals.
Volume 7 Weather Tree is the easiest entry point: it is the newest stacking volume, widely available from North American importers, and priced at $10.92–$17.99 per blind box. If the stacking mechanic is not important to you, the current "A Little Tale of the Forest: Peaceful Moments" series offers standalone diorama scenes at $14.95–$19.99 and is actively restocked.

Where to start
Three options cover most buyers. Choose based on whether you want the stacking mechanic, a current restocked line, or a complete set without hunting singles.
For the stacking experience: Volume 7 Weather Tree
This is the last and most widely stocked of the original tree-build volumes. Single blind boxes run $10.92–$17.99 from North American importers. Because each box contains one random design of six, blind-buying multiples is how you complete the set; alternatively, a sealed complete box (all six types) is available from Japanese importers at $74.41–$107.78.
Volume 7's seasonal weather theme also pairs well with earlier autumn volumes if you want to mix pieces.
For a currently restocked line: Peaceful Moments!
"A Little Tale of the Forest 2: Peaceful Moments!" ships from multiple North American sellers at $14.95-$19.99 per blind box. It is the most reliably in-stock forest option right now. Note that this is a standalone diorama format: the pieces sit on individual flat bases and do not interlock.
If you want the stacking tree builds, choose Volume 7. If you want ease of purchase and a lower per-box cost, the Peaceful Moments series is the right pick.
For collectors: a complete open box
Complete open boxes (all six designs, opened and verified by the seller) are available for Volume 1 and Volume 3 from specialty importers, at $159.00 and $176.00 respectively. These cost more than buying six blind boxes separately, but they guarantee a full set without duplicate draws.
Telling the two main lines apart before you buy
This is the point where most buyers trip up. The stacking series and the "A Little Tale of the Forest" spin-off appear nearly identical in marketplace thumbnail photos. Both are blind boxes, both show Pokémon in forest scenery, and both carry Re-Ment branding.
The distinguishing feature is the box back. Original stacking series boxes show an assembly diagram: a vertical tree with numbered interlocking segments. The "A Little Tale of the Forest" boxes show a flat base with no assembly steps.
If the listing photo only shows the front of the box, check the product name. The Japanese stacking series uses the phrase meaning "Collect and Stack." The standalone "A Little Tale of the Forest" and "Pokémon Forest Little Stories" labels belong to the newer non-stacking line.
A second tell is the figure base. Stacking series figures have connector tabs or pegs on the underside that mate with the figure below.
Standalone "A Little Tale of the Forest" figures sit on solid flat platforms with no connector. If you can see the figure base and it has no tab or peg, it is not from the stacking series.
Bootleg Re-Ment figures do circulate online. Official Re-Ment products carry the Pokémon copyright line on the box alongside the Re-Ment logo.
Boxes with no copyright text or no Re-Ment logo carry higher counterfeit risk. The Dexhaul guide to spotting fake Pokémon products covers the general tells in more detail.
The Frame series: a third format worth knowing
Re-Ment released two "Frame" forest sub-lines: Frame Deep Woods and Frame Deep Green Forest. These are neither stacking builds nor standalone dioramas.
Each Frame box contains a figure and a flat rectangular backdrop. The Pokémon sits in front of the frame, creating a layered depth effect.
Frame Deep Woods is the more widely stocked option, running $17.99–$24.00 per blind box. See the Pokémon Re-Ment blind box figures guide for the Terrarium Collection and other Re-Ment lines.
Displaying and caring for your figures
Re-Ment figures are PVC and ABS plastic: durable but UV-sensitive over years of direct sunlight. A shelf away from windows prevents yellowing of lighter-colored pieces.
For the stacking series, stack all six figures to complete one tall tree, or display them individually. A Volume 5 segment can sit under a Volume 7 segment if the connector profiles match, giving flexibility when building custom scenes.
Dust with a soft dry brush. Solvents can strip fine detail lines. The original box is the safest long-term container.
Re-Ment Forest as a holiday gift
Single blind boxes check most gift-list criteria: they ship quickly from North American sellers, they stay under $20, and the unboxing is part of the experience. The "A Little Tale of the Forest" Peaceful Moments! series is the safest gift pick because it is actively restocked and widely available in November and December.
For a more substantial gift, the Volume 7 Weather Tree complete box eliminates the blind-box lottery and delivers all six designs in one order. At $74.41–$107.78 it lands in the mid-tier gift range alongside other Pokémon gift ideas across plush, apparel, and TCG.
The stacking mechanic also gives the gift a tactile activity element rather than just a static display piece.
One practical note: Re-Ment Forest figures are rated for ages 14 and up because of small parts. They are collector items, not toys for young children.
Frequently asked questions
Are the Pokémon Forest Re-Ment volumes compatible with each other?
The seven stacking volumes share the same connector system, so figures from different volumes can be stacked together to build custom trees. The spin-off lines, Frame Deep Woods and "A Little Tale of the Forest," use different base formats and do not connect to the stacking series.
Is the Pokémon Forest Re-Ment series still being made?
The original stacking series ended with Volume 7 in October 2022. Re-Ment continues releasing forest-themed Pokémon lines under different names: "A Little Tale of the Forest" launched in August 2024, with a second series following in 2025. These are new products, not continuations of the numbered stacking line.
How many blind boxes do I need to complete a full tree build?
Each volume contains six designs, and all six are needed to complete the full-tree display. Buying individual blind boxes means you risk duplicates; a sealed complete box (all six types) eliminates that, though it costs more per figure.
Do the Re-Ment Pokémon Forest figures work with Pokémon Terrarium Collection figures?
No. The Terrarium Collection is a separate Re-Ment line with its own terrarium-jar bases. The connector and base sizes are different from the Forest stacking series.
The Re-Ment blind box figures guide covers both lines and how they compare.
What is the difference between "A Little Tale of the Forest" and "Forest Little Stories"?
"Forest Little Stories" is a subtitle some North American sellers use for the same "A Little Tale of the Forest" product. They are the same line. Look for the Re-Ment logo and the JAN code beginning 4521121 on the box to confirm authenticity.
