Spritzee and Aromatisse sit at the intersection of three collecting threads: a genuine competitive TCG legacy, two distinct official plush formats, and a Kalos window that opens once every few years.

They are pure Fairy types from Generation 6, introduced in Pokémon X and Y alongside the Kalos region. Spritzee is #682, the Perfume Pokémon; Aromatisse is #683, its evolution.

Both are confirmed Kalos natives, putting them inside the Legends: Z-A collector cycle with fourteen days until that game launches. This guide covers every product tier, from a $0.26 TCG entry to a $52.49 premium plush.

A Type Built to Counter Dragons

Fairy type was introduced with the XY generation and designed explicitly to be super effective against Dragon-type Pokémon, one of the strongest offensive types in the game before Gen 6.

Spritzee and Aromatisse were part of that original Fairy-type cohort. According to Serebii's XY Pokédex entry for Spritzee, it releases a mysterious scent from a special organ; the exact fragrance changes based on what it has eaten. Aromatisse builds on that, emitting an overwhelming aroma that can cause its opponents to become dizzy.

Both are pure Fairy with no secondary typing, making them structurally simpler than dual-typed Fairy lines.

The design language is French perfumery. Spritzee echoes a vintage scent atomizer and a theatrical plague-doctor mask. Aromatisse is rounder, softer, and pulls from the aesthetic of a nineteenth-century parfumeur.

Both match Kalos's French-inspired regional identity directly.

Fairy Transfer and the XY Competitive Era

Aromatisse XY 93/146 is the card that defined Fairy-type Energy acceleration in the XY era of the Pokémon TCG.

Its Fairy Transfer ability let the player move Fairy Energy from any of their Pokémon to any other once per turn, freely. In competitive XY play, this made Aromatisse the engine of "Fairy Transfer" decks: players would stack multiple Fairy Energy onto Aromatisse and then move them to attackers, such as Xerneas or Mega Gardevoir, as needed. The ability turned a single Pokémon into the entire energy management system for a deck archetype.

You can browse the card's print history on LimitlessTCG's Aromatisse card list.

Raw copies of Aromatisse XY 93/146 Holo Rare currently sit at $2.10 to $14.95 depending on condition and seller. For a card that was genuinely played at the highest level of the XY format, that price point is low relative to its historical significance.

Aromatisse in ME03: Perfect Order

Most Aromatisse collectors stop at the XY sets. Few check the Mega Evolution series.

Aromatisse appears as card 036/088 in ME03: Perfect Order, part of the Mega Evolution English-language set series. The placement is thematically consistent: ME03 leans into Fairy-type synergy, and Aromatisse was the XY era's defining Fairy-type support Pokémon. Raw copies of Aromatisse ME03 036/088 are currently available from multiple sellers at $0.33 to $1.00.

For collectors building a complete Aromatisse set run, the ME03 card connects the XY competitive era to a current active product line. It is the lowest-friction addition to any Aromatisse binder page.

The Plush Range: Fit to Sitting Cuties

Both Spritzee and Aromatisse have entries in the Pokémon Fit line from the Pokémon Center. Spritzee Fit starts at $18.00 from Ichiba Japan; Aromatisse Fit runs $22.00 from the same seller. These are compact, true-to-design plush built for palmable display.

Aromatisse alone extends to a second official format: a Sitting Cuties plush at 5.25 inches. Sitting Cuties are a larger, more dimensionally detailed format. The Aromatisse Sitting Cuties lists at $34.99 from Myolie Shop and at $52.49 from ToyCartUSA.

Both are the same Pokémon Center product. The $17.50 gap reflects two different import paths: the lower price comes from a dedicated plush importer running tighter margins, the higher from a general retailer applying a wider markup. Neither listing is inflated relative to its own channel.

Spritzee does not have a Sitting Cuties release, making the pair asymmetric at the premium tier. A collector completing both characters tops out at the Sitting Cuties Aromatisse for the evolution and the Fit Spritzee for the pre-evolution.

Prismatic Evolutions and the Entry-Level TCG Tier

The 2025 Scarlet and Violet Prismatic Evolutions set added new cards for both Pokémon.

Spritzee 038/131 lands in the Poke Ball Pattern subset, where selected Pokémon receive a holo treatment that replaces the card's background with a repeating Poke Ball design. That makes it the most visually distinctive Spritzee card currently in print, available at $0.26 to $2.19 depending on condition and finish. Aromatisse 039/131 is a standard reverse holofoil at $0.25 to $3.99.

Both are easy to find and priced for a binder page rather than a grading submission. For a collector building a Spritzee and Aromatisse TCG run from scratch, the Prismatic Evolutions versions are the natural starting point before working backward through BREAKthrough, Flashfire, XY Base Set, and the Mega Evolution series.

The Kalos Window and Collecting Timing

Pokémon Legends: Z-A launches October 16, fourteen days from today. The game is set in Lumiose City, Kalos. Aromatisse and Spritzee are both Kalos-native Pokémon, Dex numbers #682 and #683.

Kalos merchandise coverage has been running for several weeks ahead of that launch. Spritzee and Aromatisse sit at the quieter end of Kalos collector interest: no Mega Evolution form, no legendary status, no crossover with the game's likely featured Pokémon. That position makes them accessible rather than bid-up.

The plush entry points at $18 to $22 and the TCG floor below $1 reflect low speculative pressure on these two specifically.

The Sitting Cuties format at $34.99 and the XY Holo Rare at $2.10 to $14.95 remain the reference points for the upper tier of this collecting segment. Neither requires urgency. Both are available through multiple independent sellers right now.
