Phantasmal Flames is the second English Mega Evolution expansion (code ME02). It sits between the introductory MEGA Starter Set ex and the later ME03, ME04, and ME06 releases, sharing the same era that produced some of the most visually striking TCG cards since the original XY period.

The Booster Bundle: Middle Ground Between Packs and a Box

CardDogTCG lists the bundle at $84.99, which works out to roughly $14.17 per pack. That is more per pack than the booster box but considerably less total commitment, and the bundle format is easier to store than a full box.

Whether the Pokémon Center exclusive justifies roughly double the standard price is a personal call. The standard ETB at $159.95 contains the same booster packs.
One thing the ETB does not have: the lowest per-pack cost in the lineup. At nine packs for $159.95, each pack works out to about $17.78. The booster box costs substantially less per pack.
The Booster Box: Where Per-Pack Value Actually Lands

ZardoCards lists the same format at $564, which is a $164 premium over MHDEALSPLUS for the same 36-pack box. Checking multiple sellers before purchasing is not optional at this price range.
The Ultra Premium Collection (UPC) at $320 from Last Pack Magic rounds out the premium tier. The UPC typically includes more booster packs than a booster box plus promotional materials and a display-worthy box design. At $320 it costs less than the cheapest booster box, which makes it an unusual case where the premium collector format is actually the better-value pack-for-dollar purchase when you account for the bonus items included.
