Prismatic Evolutions Mini Tin (2025): Contents, MSRP, and All Eight Designs

The Prismatic Evolutions Mini Tin contains two booster packs from the Scarlet & Violet Prismatic Evolutions (SV8.5) set, one Eevee flip coin, and one Eeveelution art card per tin.

Eight separate designs released on February 7, 2025, one for each Eeveelution: Vaporeon, Jolteon, Flareon, Espeon, Umbreon, Leafeon, Glaceon, and Sylveon. Most sellers list specific designs by name, so you can target one. The MSRP is $9.99 per tin.

Observed prices on independent shops as of October 6, 2026 range from $28 to $48 USD per tin, reflecting sustained demand for the Prismatic Evolutions lineup after the set's January 17, 2025 release.

What's inside the Prismatic Evolutions Mini Tin

Each tin is a sealed steel collectible. Here is exactly what is inside every design.

The art card is not a playable TCG card. It is an oversize collectible printed with a section of a larger Eeveelution panorama. Collect all eight designs and the cards slot together to reveal the complete image, which makes this one of the few Pokémon mini tin releases designed specifically for complete-set collectors.

MSRP and price per pack

At its $9.99 MSRP, the Mini Tin works out to roughly $5.00 per pack. That is on par with buying individual packs and adds the tin and the art card at no extra cost at MSRP.

Secondary market prices for the Mini Tin sit above MSRP because the Booster Bundle and Elite Trainer Box are typically restocked at major retailers while the Mini Tins rely more heavily on the secondary market. The Booster Bundle remains the lowest cost per pack of the small-format options at MSRP.

If pack efficiency is the goal, the Stacking Tin vs Mini Tin comparison breaks down the format tradeoffs in detail.

How it compares to other Prismatic Evolutions small-format products

Three products sit below the Elite Trainer Box in the Prismatic Evolutions lineup. The Mini Tin is the lowest price point; the Tech Sticker Collection adds a promo card; the Booster Bundle offers the most packs without accessories.

The Tech Sticker Collection is the better pick if you want a promo card from the Eeveelution roster. The Booster Bundle wins on pack count alone. The Mini Tin is the one to choose when the tin itself or the panoramic art card is part of the appeal.

Release timeline

The Mini Tins shipped three weeks after the main set, which is standard for the small-format accessories in the Scarlet & Violet lineup. They were not a launch-day item.

The panoramic art card: what most buyers miss

The art card inside each tin looks decorative on its own. Line all eight up and they reveal a single continuous image spanning the full Eeveelution roster.

This is the detail that turns the Mini Tins from a casual purchase into a collect-all-eight set. Unlike the booster packs inside, there is no randomness here: each tin always ships with its assigned design, so completing the panorama means buying one of each. Sellers that list by design name make that straightforward.

The panoramic format also makes a compact display: eight tins stacked in order take up about the same shelf space as two Elite Trainer Boxes side by side, while the art cards can be arranged flat in a toploader row or a binder page. For displaying options, see the Pokémon TCG binders guide.

Who should buy it, and who should skip it

Buy it if

You want the lowest-cost entry point into Prismatic Evolutions sealed product. The tin and art card carry genuine display value on top of the two packs, and buying by design lets you fill a collection gap without duplicating what you already own. Q4 pricing on the secondary market has stabilized compared to launch-month peaks, making now a reasonable time to fill remaining Eeveelution slots.

Skip it if

You only care about pack volume. Two packs per tin means the Booster Bundle gives you three times the cards for around $25 at MSRP. If you already own the Eeveelution designs you want and just need more packs from SV8.5, the Booster Bundle is the more efficient buy.

Skip it also if you are hoping for a foil promo card. The Mini Tin contains no promo. The Tech Sticker Collection adds a foil Eeveelution promo if that is the draw.

Frequently asked questions

How many packs are in a Prismatic Evolutions Mini Tin?

Each Mini Tin contains two booster packs from the Scarlet & Violet Prismatic Evolutions (SV8.5) set, plus an Eevee coin and one Eeveelution art card.

What are all eight Prismatic Evolutions Mini Tin designs?

The eight designs correspond to the eight Eeveelutions: Vaporeon, Jolteon, Flareon, Espeon, Umbreon, Leafeon, Glaceon, and Sylveon. Each tin ships with its named design; there is no random assortment within a single purchase.

When did the Prismatic Evolutions Mini Tin release?

The Mini Tins released on February 7, 2025, about three weeks after the main Prismatic Evolutions set launched on January 17, 2025, per the official Pokémon product page.

Is there a promo card in the Prismatic Evolutions Mini Tin?

No. The only non-pack items are the Eevee flip coin and the Eeveelution art card, which is decorative and not a playable TCG card. The Tech Sticker Collection is the small-format option that includes a foil Eeveelution promo.

Do the eight art cards really combine into one image?

Yes. Each art card contains one section of a panoramic Eeveelution illustration. Arranging all eight in order reveals the complete image, which is the main reason to collect every design rather than buying a single favorite.
