Stellar Crown ETB (2024): Contents, MSRP and What's Inside
By Dexhaul Team · October 4, 2026
The Scarlet & Violet Stellar Crown Elite Trainer Box (SV07) contains 9 booster packs, a foil Noctowl promo card, and 65 card sleeves featuring Stellar Form Terapagos. MSRP was $49.99 at launch on September 13, 2024.
There are two versions of the Stellar Crown ETB. The standard version has the Noctowl promo and is widely available across independent retailers. The Pokémon Center exclusive ETB has 11 packs and two Terapagos-themed promo cards instead.
That split is the key buying decision. If you want the Terapagos mascot in promo form, the PC ETB is the only way to get it.
What's inside the Stellar Crown Elite Trainer Box
| Item | Quantity | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Stellar Crown booster packs | 9 | SV07, English |
| Foil promo card | 1 | Noctowl (not the set mascot) |
| Card sleeves | 65 | Stellar Form Terapagos art |
| Metallic coin | 1 | Terapagos design |
| Damage-counter dice | 6 | Standard d6 |
| Condition markers | 2 | Acrylic status markers |
| Energy cards | 45 | Basic Energy, mixed types |
| Deck box | 1 | Matches sleeve art |
| Player's guide | 1 | Set overview booklet |
The Noctowl promo is the detail most buyers miss. The official Pokémon product page confirms the standard ETB contents, including the Noctowl card. The Pokémon Center ETB has a completely different promo lineup, which we cover in the comparison section below.
MSRP and price per pack
At its $49.99 MSRP, the Stellar Crown standard ETB works out to $5.55 per pack. That is above the single-pack price of $4.99 but below what you would spend on accessories separately. The Pokémon Center ETB at $59.99 gets you 11 packs, which drops the per-pack figure to $5.45.
Current storefront prices on independent shops are well above MSRP, which is normal for SV-era ETBs once Pokémon Center and mass retail stock thins out.
| Product | MSRP | Pack count | MSRP per pack | Promo included |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Stellar Crown ETB (standard) | $49.99 | 9 | $5.55 | Noctowl foil |
| Stellar Crown PC ETB | $59.99 | 11 | $5.45 | 2 Terapagos promos |
| Stellar Crown Booster Bundle | $24.99 | 6 | $4.17 | None |
| Single booster pack | $4.99 | 1 | $4.99 | None |
The Booster Bundle has the lowest per-pack MSRP at $4.17. You give up the accessories and both promo options, but if raw pack value is all that matters the Bundle is more efficient at MSRP. That math flips at secondary market prices, where the Bundle is often priced closer to the ETB because sellers know both products are out of print at retail.
How the Stellar Crown ETB compares
The two closest comparisons are the Surging Sparks ETB (SV08, released November 8, 2024) and the Shrouded Fable ETB (SV6.5, released August 2, 2024). See our full ETB guide for a cross-set breakdown.
| Product | Set | Release date | Packs | MSRP | Promo |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Stellar Crown ETB | SV07 | Sep 13, 2024 | 9 | $49.99 | Noctowl foil |
| Surging Sparks ETB | SV08 | Nov 8, 2024 | 9 | $49.99 | Pikachu foil |
| Scarlet & Violet ETB | SV01 | Mar 31, 2023 | 9 | $49.99 | Koraidon or Miraidon foil |
All three standard SV-era ETBs share the same MSRP and pack count.
The promo card is the main differentiator between sets. Stellar Crown is the only one where the promo is not the set's cover Pokémon.
Release timeline
Stellar Crown is the seventh main-series Scarlet & Violet expansion in English. It introduced the Stellar Tera type mechanic, where Terapagos ex can power up certain attacks when the active Pokémon has any Tera type.
| Date | Event | Source |

Who should buy the Stellar Crown ETB, and who should skip it
Buy it if you want the accessories with your packs
The 65 Terapagos sleeves, deck box, and coin have real standalone value for players. If you were going to buy those accessories anyway, the nine packs come at a reasonable premium over the Booster Bundle's raw pack cost.
Buy the PC ETB if the Terapagos promo matters to you
This is the key split the two versions create. The standard ETB's Noctowl promo is a nice card, but it is not the set mascot.
The Pokémon Center ETB's two Terapagos promos are the ones collectors specifically want. At secondary market prices, the PC ETB costs roughly $20-40 more and gives you 2 extra packs plus the Terapagos collector pieces.
Skip both if you only want packs
The Booster Bundle (6 packs, MSRP $24.99) had the best raw pack value at launch. Neither ETB version justifies the premium if you have no use for accessories or promos.
The Stellar Crown set featured Terapagos ex as its cover card alongside Dragapult ex and Teal Mask Ogerpon ex as the marquee pulls. For a deeper look at the set's card list, the official Stellar Crown expansion page has the full product lineup and card checklist.
For Q4 gift buying, the Stellar Crown ETB works well as a standalone gift box because the accessories are all included. You do not need to buy extra sleeves or dice. Check our ETB buying guide if you want to compare it against current-set ETBs before committing.

What is the Stellar Crown ETB MSRP?
The standard Stellar Crown Elite Trainer Box had an MSRP of $49.99 USD at launch on September 13, 2024. The Pokémon Center ETB was $59.99 USD. Current secondary market prices are higher on both versions.

Is the Stellar Crown ETB worth buying?
At MSRP it was reasonable for players who needed sleeves, dice, and a deck box alongside their packs. What is the difference between the Stellar Crown ETB and the PC ETB?
The standard ETB has 9 packs, a Noctowl promo, and is available at multiple retailers. The Pokémon Center ETB has 11 packs, two Terapagos promos, and was exclusive to the Pokémon Center store. The PC version is the one collectors specifically target for the mascot promos.
