30th Celebration Sticker Collection and Poster Collection: What Launch-Day Prices Look Like
By Dexhaul Team · September 16, 2026
Both the Tech Sticker Collection and the Poster Collection from the Pokémon TCG 30th Celebration expansion launched today, September 16.
Here is the actual price landscape across independent sellers as of launch day, including one counterintuitive finding for buyers who want both Tech Sticker variants.
Tech Sticker Collection: Single-Unit Prices on Day One
The Tech Sticker Collection comes in two distinct SKUs: one featuring an Alolan Exeggutor foil promo card and one featuring a Lucario foil promo card. Each box contains the same items otherwise: three booster packs from the 30th Celebration expansion plus a tech sticker sheet. The promo card is the only variable between them.
Single-unit prices on launch day are not uniform across the two variants.
Alolan Exeggutor listings floor at $35.00 (Hyper Collectibles) and $39.99 (Pokemon Plug, Alolan Exeggutor specifically labeled). Lucario variant listings floor at $58.00 (Rookie Legends) and $58.88 (88CardHouse). That is an $18 to $23 gap between the cheapest specified listings for each variant, despite both containing identical booster pack contents.
The Bundle Math Surprises Completionists
Here is what most buyers do not check before ordering individually: both set-of-two bundles currently on the market are cheaper than buying the two cheapest specified singles separately.
Adding the floor Alolan Exeggutor price ($39.99, Pokemon Plug) to the floor Lucario price ($58.00, Rookie Legends) totals $97.99.
The Stomping Grounds set-of-two bundle is $85.00. MHDEALSPLUS lists the same set-of-two combination at $89.95. Both bundles sit below the combined individual floor.
Buyers who want both promos should price out the bundle first. The $12.99 savings from Stomping Grounds compared to buying individually is not a small difference at this product price point.
Why the Lucario Variant Carries a Premium
The $18 to $23 gap between Alolan Exeggutor and Lucario listings is not explained by pull-rate differences. Both variants draw from the same booster pack pool and carry the same expected value from the packs themselves.
The gap is entirely character demand. Lucario ranks among the most consistently popular Pokémon across TCG history. It has anchored competitive decks, appeared in flagship games and films, and drives collector demand in a way that is stable across years rather than set-cycle-dependent.
Alolan Exeggutor, by contrast, is a Gen 7 regional form. It carries genuine collector appeal for Sun and Moon-era enthusiasts and for collectors tracking the full regional form lineage, but its demand ceiling is lower than Lucario's at this moment.
The practical implication: if you only want one variant for the promo card, Alolan Exeggutor is the value side. If you need the Lucario promo specifically, budget $58.00 as the floor and do not expect it to match Exeggutor pricing.
Poster Collection: Individual Prices and a Case Warning
The Poster Collection contains three booster packs, a large-format foil poster featuring the Kanto Legendary Bird Trio, and three exclusive foil promo cards: one each for Articuno, Zapdos, and Moltres. According to the official Pokémon TCG product listing, these promos are not pullable from booster packs in any other 30th Celebration format. Buying the Poster Collection is the only way to get all three in the same transaction.
Launch-day prices from individual listings cluster between $39.99 and $45.00. Many Realms has the floor at $39.99. Hasty Cards lists at $44.00 with a limit of four per order, the first per-order cap visible across today's Poster Collection listings.
DVG TCG labels its $45.00 listing explicitly as "Wave 1," confirming a second print run is planned. Buyers who cannot order today are not locked out permanently.
The Case Calculation Does Not Work in Your Favor
Flipside Gaming sells the Poster Collection as a case of six units at $287.94.
That comes to $47.99 per unit. The Many Realms single-unit floor today is $39.99. Buying six individual listings from Many Realms at that price totals $239.94, which is $48.00 less than the Flipside case.
Case quantities are often associated with volume discounts in the sealed card market. That logic does not apply here. Buyers who need multiple units are better served by ordering individually from floor-price sellers than by treating the case as a savings vehicle.
The Five-Promo Build
Collectors targeting every exclusive foil promo from non-booster formats in the September 16 lineup need three products: the Poster Collection (Articuno, Zapdos, and Moltres promos), the Alolan Exeggutor Tech Sticker Collection, and the Lucario Tech Sticker Collection. None of these five promo cards are available from ETBs, ex Boxes, or any other format.
The most cost-effective path on launch day: the Stomping Grounds set-of-two ($85.00) plus the Many Realms Poster Collection ($39.99), for a total of $124.99.
That figure covers all five exclusive promos in the September 16 lineup without paying individual-variant premiums on the sticker collections.
