30th Celebration Wave 2 Is Live: FUR Floors, Booster Bundle Pricing, and the Two Pikachu SIRs
By Dexhaul Team · October 2, 2026
Wave 2 of the Pokémon 30th Celebration is live today, and the market has been moving since September 16.
The Booster Bundle, Knock Out Collection, and Mini Tins all shipped as of October 2. That means new pack supply is entering the secondary market at the same time as the Mewtwo SVP052 gift-with-purchase window opens in-store at participating retailers. Here is what the prices actually show across sealed formats and key singles.
Mewtwo ex Futuristic Rare: A New Floor
Mewtwo ex 157/128 opened at approximately $1,026 on September 16.
By September 28, the floor had settled to $73-89 as early collector demand cleared and the first wave of raw sellers entered the market. As of today, in-stock sellers are listing the card at $54.60 at the floor, with additional listings between $65 and $86.
That compression from launch peak to October 2 is 94.7%.
Futuristic Rare is a rarity tier that debuted with the 30th Celebration set. The cards are numbered above the 128-card set ceiling (157/128, 158/128), the same shorthand the TCG uses for Special Illustration Rares and full-art Trainers that sit outside the standard card count. There are exactly two FURs in the set: Mewtwo ex and Mew ex.
The floor movement has a structural explanation. Wave 2 pack supply uses the same card pool as Wave 1. Every Booster Bundle that opens today has the same FUR pull rate as any Wave 1 booster.
More packs in circulation, same per-pack probability: singles inventory rises as more collectors open product and list their pulls. No new supply catalyst is expected before the November 6 wave, which adds Ultra-Premium Collection packs to the market again.
Mew ex FUR Is Holding Better
Mew ex 158/128 has not followed the same trajectory.
The in-stock floor sits at $89.75, with most listings between $90 and $110. That is a $35 gap above the Mewtwo ex floor, despite Mewtwo carrying stronger standalone collector recognition. Pull frequency data logged on Limitless TCG shows Mew ex FUR appearing at a lower rate in tracked openings than Mewtwo ex FUR, which is the structural reason the gap exists: lower supply, comparable demand, higher floor.
The asymmetry was present at launch. The first confirmed Mew ex FUR sale was $1,400, higher than Mewtwo ex at $1,026, because Mew appeared rarer in early opening-day pulls. Three weeks of data has narrowed the spread in absolute dollar terms, but the proportional gap has held: Mew ex consistently sits above Mewtwo ex.
For collectors who missed the launch and are deciding between the two FURs now: the $35 gap is a supply-driven premium on Mew ex, not a quality or rarity difference. Both cards are FUR tier, both are above the set ceiling, both require identical luck to pull from a pack.
What the Booster Bundle Actually Costs
The Booster Bundle carries a $74.99 MSRP for six packs.
In-stock sellers today are listing it at $84.95 at the floor, a 13% premium above MSRP. Pre-order listings ran as high as $119.95 before physical stock shipped.
The floor corrected down as product arrived, but did not reach MSRP. The current market is reflecting real demand for sealed product on launch day, not pre-order speculation.
At $84.95 for six packs, that is $14.16 per pack. The Wave 2 Elite Trainer Box includes nine packs plus accessories and the exclusive Nidorina full-art foil promo, but is currently listing at $179.95 and above.
That puts the ETB at over $20 per pack before any credit for the accessories. The Booster Bundle is the better per-pack value if the promo card is not part of the buying decision.
The Knock Out Collection is the lowest-cost entry point to new 30th Celebration packs today: two packs, one Eevee foil, $28.99 to $29.95 across in-stock sellers. It is not subject to the allocation dynamics that pushed Wave 1 ETBs to $179.95+, and it ships through the same mass-market channel as the Booster Bundle.
The Two Pikachu ex SIRs
The 30th Celebration set includes two distinct Pikachu ex Special Illustration Rares: 149/128 and 150/128. They are different cards with different artwork. The market is not pricing them the same.
Pikachu ex 149/128 has an in-stock floor of $74. Pikachu ex 150/128 is listing at $110. The two cards occupy the same rarity tier with the same pull rate: the $36 gap is entirely the art premium, driven by collector preference for one illustration over the other.
At launch on September 16, the SIR tier for Pikachu ex was pricing at $396 to $437 for both cards combined. The settled floor of $74 for Pikachu ex 149/128 represents an 81% compression from the launch-week range. Buyers who were waiting for the market to cool have a significantly different price reference today than they did three weeks ago.
The key decision for collectors is which card's artwork is the target. The number difference (149 vs. 150) is not a quality distinction.
Both are SIR tier, both are numbered above the set ceiling, and both have the same pull rate. The price difference reflects nothing but art preference in the current market.
What to Watch Through October
Graded FUR copies have not established a public PSA or CGC population yet.
Raw card pricing is the only available floor reference right now, which means the ceiling for graded FURs is fully open. The first significant graded sales will set the population context that raw prices eventually align to. There is no historical analog for the FUR tier, because it is a new rarity that has never existed in the TCG before this set.
The November 6 wave adds the Ultra-Premium Collections Night and Day, each containing 30th Celebration packs. Additional pack supply entering the market means additional FUR and SIR singles. Whether October 2 proves to be the floor for Mewtwo ex FUR or a waypoint toward a lower level depends on how many Wave 2 Booster Bundles are opened between now and November 6.
For Pikachu ex SIR buyers, the two-card structure of the SIR tier means the market can continue to differentiate art by art rather than treating them as equivalent. The $36 gap today could widen or narrow based on which artwork generates more pull-report attention in October opening videos and community discussion.
