Glaceon in 2026: How to Collect the Ice-Type Eeveelution at Every Budget

Glaceon debuted in the Pokémon TCG later than any other eeveelution, arriving with the Majestic Dawn expansion in 2008. That 17-year TCG history, much shorter than Flareon or Jolteon's 25-year run from the Base Set, makes a complete Glaceon collection genuinely achievable while still including several high-value targets worth planning around.
The short version: a Glaceon collection scales from $2 to over $800 depending on how deep you want to go. Plush lines are the easiest starting point. The TCG side splits cleanly into the GX era (2018–2019), the Evolving Skies high point (2021), and the Prismatic Evolutions surge (2024) that turned the Glaceon ex illustration rare into one of the most talked-about eeveelution cards in years.

Start with the Plush Lines
The plush side of Glaceon collecting is well-covered and reasonably priced.
Sanei's All Star Collection Glaceon plush (PP124) is the most widely available. Ichiba Japan carries the smaller S size at $21.00, while Heroic Fandoms and Board Wipe carry the 7–7.5-inch version at $29.99. The PP124 is accurately proportioned and officially licensed, making it the standard pick for anyone starting a Glaceon shelf.
Third Eye Comics carries two Japanese import lines worth knowing. The SuyaSuya (sleeping pose) Glaceon S runs $39.99 and the KutaKuta (slouching pose) Glaceon M is $59.99. Both are Takara Tomy productions with distinct silhouettes from the standard standing pose of the All Star Collection, so most dedicated Glaceon collectors pick up both styles.
Ichiba Japan also carries the Fuwafuwa Daki (Fluffy Cuddle) pillow-format plush at $52.00, which is a different format entirely: longer body, designed for hugging. It fills a different display role than the standard standing plush and is worth adding after the core lineup.
Figures: The Sub-$35 Tier
The Funko POP Glaceon (#921) is the cleanest non-plush entry point. Cardboard Hero Fredericton carries it at $12.00; The Eternal Forge at $14.99.
The Jumbo version (#930) from Pop Hero ($34.00) works well as a display centerpiece next to the standard-size figure.
The Takara Tomy Monster Collection Glaceon (Japan Figure Store, $7.43) is the most affordable Glaceon collectible in the catalogue. Palm-sized and accurate, it suits a desk display alongside a card spread.
TCG Entry Points: $2 to $8
The cheapest way into Glaceon TCG collecting is through Prismatic Evolutions singles.
The Glaceon (Poke Ball Pattern) 25/PRE holofoil is listed at $2.00 from one independent seller. The Glaceon ex 026/131 Double Rare sits at $3.00 from Hobbiesville. Both are from the same set, a natural two-card starting pair.
Tabletop Giant carries the Glaceon V 040/203 from Evolving Skies at $4.00. This is the base V before the alternate art and the VSTAR, and it works as a functional card in many eeveelution-themed builds. L.T.'s Hobbies lists the Glaceon 23/116 from Black and White's Plasma Freeze at $6.30, one of the older Glaceon cards currently in the catalogue below the Diamond and Pearl era.
The GX Era: Ultra Prism and Hidden Fates
Glaceon GX 141/156 from Ultra Prism (2018) is a Full Art card in the $40–$45 range. The Mythic Store carries it at $43.50. It was the first GX print for Glaceon and marks the beginning of the eeveelution's modern collector arc.
Hidden Fates took things further. The Glaceon GX SV55/SV94 from the Shiny Vault subset is a shiny-textured alternate-art card, currently at $62.00 from Chimera Gaming. Hidden Fates Shiny Vault cards are among the most collected from the Sun and Moon era, and Glaceon's entry in that subset has held its value well into 2026.
The GX Secret Rare 159/156 from Ultra Prism (ProSoul Games, $54.30) is the rainbow-texture complement. Collectors who want both Ultra Prism Glaceon GX prints add it after the Full Art.
The Evolving Skies Peak
Evolving Skies (2021) is the definitive eeveelution set, and it is where the Glaceon V Alternate Full Art became the card most serious Glaceon collectors target first. House of Cards N Collectables carries the 175/203 Alternate Full Art at $161.00.
The Japanese Eevee Heroes version (S6a, 077/069) is listed by Captured! Cards at $131.00. Eevee Heroes was a Japan-exclusive set that preceded the international Evolving Skies release and carries slightly different card backs and numbering, making both versions distinct collector targets.
The Glaceon VSTAR Special Collection box at $160 is the sealed product that rounds out this tier. It includes a VSTAR promo card plus eight booster packs. Lucky Hits Inc and Common Lands both stock it, making it the only current Glaceon-themed sealed product in the catalogue.
Prismatic Evolutions and the New Ceiling
Prismatic Evolutions (2024) gave Glaceon the biggest spotlight in its TCG history. The illustration rare Glaceon ex 150/131 is available raw from Moonshot Games at $315.99.
The PSA 10 graded version from Alchemist's Refuge sits at $824.99. That is the current ceiling for Glaceon collecting. Graded PRE eeveelution illustration rares are commanding premiums across the board in 2026, and Glaceon's entry into that tier reflects the set's sustained demand.
One point worth flagging: the Prismatic Evolutions Tech Sticker Collection with Glaceon packaging is available from 401 Games at CA$69.95. It is a sealed product, not a singles buy, but it is the lower-cost sealed entry if the VSTAR Special Collection is out of reach.
The Vintage Floor: Majestic Dawn
Because Glaceon first appeared in TCG with Majestic Dawn (2008), its vintage floor is much more recent than the Gen 1 eeveelutions. The Glaceon 5/100 Majestic Dawn holofoil is listed by POKÉ JEUX at $320.00.
That is comparable to, not cheaper than, some of the modern premium cards. The Majestic Dawn holo occupies the vintage slot in a Glaceon collection, but the practical ceiling for most collectors is the PRE illustration rare rather than the 2008 holo.
One card worth a separate mention: the Glaceon BW90 Black Star Promo, available from Toy Snowman at $56.00. Black Star Promos are often overlooked by collectors focused on numbered set cards, but BW90 is an early standalone piece with distinctive artwork not found elsewhere in the set history.
How to Sequence a Glaceon Collection
The clearest entry path is plush first, then TCG singles.
On the plush side, the All Star Collection PP124 at $21–$29.99 is the standard start. Add the SuyaSuya ($39.99) for a second pose. The Fuwafuwa Daki ($52.00) completes the lineup.
For TCG: start with the PRE Double Rare ($3.00) and Evolving Skies base V ($4.00). Step up to the Hidden Fates Shiny Vault GX ($62.00) and V Alt Art ($161.00). The PRE illustration rare ($315.99) and Majestic Dawn holo ($320.00) are the premium tier for collectors who want the complete picture.
