Mega Gengar has its own dedicated tin in the Mega Evolution TCG series, its own above-ceiling SIR trading card priced at $915, and three distinct plush product lines in active stock right now.

What the Mega Form Adds

If the Mega Gengar variant specifically is the goal, listings that name the character explicitly are the safe choice. Double Infinity Gaming and Card Dynasty both name Mega Gengar in the product title without the MCAP qualifier.
