What's inside the Rebel Clash Elite Trainer Box
The ETB shipped in two versions. The Zacian V version used green-accented packaging; the Zamazenta V version used purple-accented packaging. Contents were otherwise identical, with only the sleeve artwork and coin face differing.
| Item | Quantity | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Rebel Clash booster packs | 8 | 10 cards per pack; 192-card base set |
| Card sleeves | 65 | Zacian V design (Sword version) or Zamazenta V design (Shield version) |
| Basic Energy cards | 45 | Standard assortment |
| Metallic coin | 1 | Features Zacian V or Zamazenta V matching the sleeve version |
| Damage-counter dice | 6 | Standard SWSH format |
| Competition-legal coin-flip die | 1 | |
| Large 2-player game mat | 1 | |
| Card checklist | 1 | Lists the 192-card base set |
The sleeve count of 65 covers a standard 60-card deck with five spares. That is enough for one tournament-legal deck with minimal backup.
MSRP and price per pack
The $49.99 MSRP put the Rebel Clash ETB at $6.25 per pack. That matched every other SWSH-era ETB at launch and remains standard for the format.
| Product | MSRP | Packs | MSRP per pack | Observed price (Oct 19, 2026) |
|---|---|---|---|---|

TPCi does not publish a manufacturer price for booster displays. All booster display and single-pack prices above are secondary market prices observed October 19, 2026.
How it compares to other SWSH ETBs
Rebel Clash sits at the start of the Sword and Shield main series. Its direct neighbors share the same pack count, MSRP, and accessory loadout. The key differences are the sleeve design and the pull pool.
| Product | Set code | Release date | MSRP | Packs | Sleeve design |

| Rebel Clash ETB | SWSH02 | May 1, 2020 | $49.99 | 8 | Zacian V / Zamazenta V |

The Boss's Orders factor
Boss's Orders (#154) debuted in Rebel Clash.
The card is a Supporter that forces your opponent to switch their Active Pokémon with one of their Benched Pokémon. It replaced Lysandre from the XY era and became the most-played Supporter in competitive Pokémon TCG for years after release. Every tournament deck ran two to four copies.
At launch in May 2020, Rebel Clash booster packs were the only way to pull it. The card has since been reprinted in several expansions, but collectors who want the original SWSH02 version with Giovanni's artwork still target Rebel Clash packs. That sustained demand is the main reason sealed Rebel Clash product holds secondary market value well above MSRP.

Who should buy it, and who should skip it
Buy the Rebel Clash ETB if you are building a sealed SWSH collection and want the second main-series set in that run. The Zacian V and Zamazenta V sleeve designs are specific to this product. No other SWSH-era ETB uses them.
It is also a sensible pick for competitive players who want the original Boss's Orders print from this set, though reprints are widely available at lower cost as singles.
Skip it if your goal is pack-opening value. Secondary market prices are 3 to 8 times the original MSRP. New sets at MSRP offer a much better ratio of packs to dollars spent. If you want to open Rebel Clash packs specifically, individual sleeved booster packs are the more cost-efficient route.
