Pokémon released both versions on May 5, 2023, as shown on the official Pokémon product gallery.

The Pokémon Company International did not publish a suggested retail price for this product at launch. As of October 2026, independent sellers list the Shiny Zacian version from approximately $358.75 USD and the Shiny Zamazenta version from approximately $333.49 USD, as observed on DexHaul October 15, 2026.

These were the final Premium Figure Collections from the Sword & Shield era. No equivalent product released in the Scarlet & Violet line under the "Premium Figure Collection" name.

Shiny Zacian vs. Shiny Zamazenta: how to choose

The only meaningful differences between the two boxes are the promo card, the figure, and the pin. Eleven packs, the sleeves, and the code card are identical.

Shiny Zacian V commands a higher secondary market price than Shiny Zamazenta V. Collectors tend to favor Zacian's gold-and-silver blade form and its stronger competitive history in Sword & Shield Standard play. Shiny Zamazenta V typically sits a few dollars lower, which makes it the pick for buyers who want a complete set of Crown Zenith premium products at slightly less cost.

If you want both promo cards and both figures, you need both boxes. There is no bundle that combines them into a single purchase.

The etched foil promo cards

The promo cards use an etched foil process. Fine texture is pressed into the foil layer itself, producing a sparkle pattern that differs from the standard holofoil in booster packs. The effect is visible at most angles and makes these cards recognizable out of a binder.

Shiny Zacian V carries the promo stamp SWSH280, and Shiny Zamazenta V carries SWSH281. Both numbers fall outside the Crown Zenith main set count of 159 cards, marking them as promos exclusive to this product. Neither card has been reprinted in a booster set as of October 2026.

The shiny colorations shown on the promos match the in-game Shiny forms: Zacian in gold-tinged silver, Zamazenta in bronze-tinged blue. These are not alternate artworks; they are the standard Shiny Zacian V and Shiny Zamazenta V card designs with the etched foil treatment applied.

Pokémon TCG: Crown Zenith Premium Figure Collection · $377.00 USD

Crown Zenith is coded SWSH12.5, a special set rather than a main expansion. According to Bulbapedia's Crown Zenith article, the set launched January 20, 2023 in the United States and was designed as the capstone of the Sword & Shield era.

The set's design draws from the Galarian Star Tournament in Pokémon Sword & Shield, pulling together Legendary and Mythical Pokémon associated with the Galar region. Its most prominent cards include Radiant Charizard, Zacian V Alternate Art, and Zamazenta V Alternate Art from the 70-card Galarian Gallery subset.

The Premium Figure Collections arrived four months after the base set, in May 2023. By that point Crown Zenith booster pack prices had already climbed above MSRP at most retailers, making the eleven-pack count in these boxes a meaningful draw for collectors who had missed the initial wave.

Both versions remain in circulation through independent sellers in 2026. New sealed stock is less common than at launch, but the product was produced in sufficient quantity that it turns up regularly across multiple regions.

Frequently asked questions

How many booster packs are in the Crown Zenith Premium Figure Collection?

Eleven packs. Each pack contains 10 cards from the Crown Zenith (SWSH12.5) set.

Are the Shiny Zacian and Shiny Zamazenta versions sold as a bundle?

No. Each version is a separate product. Buying one box gives you only that version's promo, figure, and pin. You need both boxes to get both promos.

Do both boxes use the same sleeves?

Yes. The 65 card sleeves included in every version feature both Shiny Zacian and Shiny Zamazenta on a single shared artwork. The sleeve design is identical regardless of which box you buy.

Is the Shiny Zacian V promo card found in Crown Zenith booster packs?

No. The etched foil promo (SWSH280) is exclusive to this product. It does not appear in any booster pack and has not been reprinted in a set as of October 2026.

When did the Crown Zenith Premium Figure Collection release?

May 5, 2023, as shown on the official Pokémon product gallery. The Crown Zenith base set itself launched January 20, 2023; the Premium Figure Collections followed four months later.

What is Crown Zenith's set code?

SWSH12.5. It is a special set, not a numbered main expansion, which is why it uses a decimal set code rather than a whole number like SWSH12 (Silver Tempest).
