The collector's case for Flabébé, Floette, and Florges has always rested on one specific form: AZ's Eternal Flower Floette, the Fairy-type companion at the heart of Pokémon X and Y's story. Fifteen days from today, Pokémon Legends: Z-A brings that story back to Lumiose City, and Eternal Flower Floette is confirmed in the game for the first time in franchise history.

That timing matters for collectors. Products for this line are available right now at pre-launch prices. This guide maps every entry point from a $18 plush to a $69 Pokémon Center Japan import, and walks through the TCG arc that peaked in 2014 and has not been reprinted since.

The AZ Story and Why Eternal Flower Floette Was Never Obtainable

AZ is a character unique in mainline Pokémon history: a king who lived for 3,000 years and built a superweapon to bring back his Floette after it died in battle. The two are reunited at the end of X and Y in one of the series' most memorable scenes.

Eternal Flower Floette (form #0670-5) appears nowhere in the X/Y Pokédex and was never distributed through any event in Generation 6, 7, 8, or 9. It has no in-game catch method, no Wonder Card distribution, nothing. Pokémon Legends: Z-A is the first mainline game to include Eternal Flower Floette as a collectible Pokémon. For twelve years, the plush was the only physical way to own this form.

The Pokémon Center Japan released an Eternal Flower Floette Poké Plush as a limited item tied to the character's story significance in X and Y. It is no longer available directly from Pokémon Center Japan and comes exclusively through importer sellers. Current in-stock listings run $50.07 (MiauMall) to $69.79 (ToyCartUSA). Both are above the standard Fit plush tier for the line but far below what discontinued seasonal PC Japan exclusives typically command on the secondary market.

The Plush Range: Three Stages, Four Price Points

The Flabébé line has complete Pokémon Fit plush coverage across all three evolutionary stages, plus the Sitting Cuties format for Floette. All four are Pokémon Center Japan exclusives distributed through importers in Western markets.

Flabébé Fit ($18 at Ichiba Japan) is the entry point: a 4-to-5-inch seated figure with the white flower form. Floette Fit runs $22 from the same seller. Florges Fit tops the standard tier at $21.99–$24 depending on seller. The Sitting Cuties Floette ($32 at Poke Merch Market) adds a slightly larger format with a different pose than the Fit version.

The Florges Sitting Cuties Plush ($52.49 at ToyCartUSA) represents the premium plush tier for the final evolution: a 6-inch posed figure in the Sitting Cuties style. No large Poke Plush or My Pokémon Collection format exists for any member of the line, making these three Fit formats and the one Sitting Cuties the complete standard plush range.

The TCG Arc: Phantom Forces and a Frozen Ceiling

Florges entered the competitive TCG landscape in November 2014 via XY: Phantom Forces, which introduced Florges EX in two versions: the standard Double Rare (67/119, currently $6.20 at Trading Card World) and the Full Art Ultra Rare (116/119, currently $18.45–$26 NM raw depending on condition and seller).

The Full Art is the collector ceiling for this line. Florges EX 116/119 features a full-bleed illustration of Florges surrounded by flowers against a soft lavender background, a sharp contrast to the standard version's portrait framing. The gap between the two printings reflects only the art treatment: both are EX-stage cards with identical HP and attacks.

$24.77 USD

Neither Florges, Floette, nor Flabébé has received a V, VMAX, VSTAR, or ex card in any English Scarlet and Violet set through October 2026. That is a 12-year frozen ceiling: the 2014 Phantom Forces Full Art remains the apex of the line's entire English TCG history. For collectors who track set coverage, this makes Florges EX 116/119 structurally unusual: most Kalos Pokémon with comparable popularity received at least one modern ex treatment by 2025.

Accessible entry into the TCG side runs cheap. Florges 66/106 XY Flashfire Holo Rare is the first appearance: available for CA$2.00 at 401 Games or under $3 USD elsewhere. It is the only holo Florges card outside the Phantom Forces EX tier, and it predates the EX by several months, making it the original set-release anchor for the character.

Flabébé's TCG Quirk: The League Promo You Probably Missed

Flabébé's standard TCG run consists almost entirely of Commons and Reverse Holo Commons across XY-era and SV-era sets. One card breaks the mold: Flabébé 101/162, a League Promo stamp variant of the BREAKthrough release. It was distributed exclusively at sanctioned Pokémon League events during the XY era, meaning it carries a stamped foil pattern not found on any retail copy. Current raw NM listings run around $4.94 at Hairy Tarantula.

Floette has no EX, V, or ex designation in any English set. The Floette Sitting Cuties plush ($32) is the only premium product specifically for the middle stage of the evolution. For collectors building a complete Flabébé line display, the three Fit plushes plus the Floette Sitting Cuties cover the full range without any out-of-print sourcing required.

The Legends Z-A Window and What It Means for Pricing

Pokémon Legends: Z-A releases October 16, 2026 for Nintendo Switch and Switch 2. The game returns to Lumiose City, Kalos, and Eternal Flower Floette (#0670-5) is confirmed as an obtainable form in the game. This is the first time in franchise history that collectors can have both a digital and a physical version of the character.

The plush side of this window is the most actionable. Eternal Flower Floette plush listings run $50.07–$69.79 right now from importer sellers who have pre-launch stock. These are scarce Pokémon Center Japan items: once a seller sells out, restocking depends entirely on secondary sourcing. Post-launch demand for Eternal Flower Floette will almost certainly push that $50–69 price band upward as casual fans discover the plush after playing Z-A.

The TCG side is more stable. Florges EX 116/119 at $22–$26 raw is unlikely to spike dramatically without a dedicated new printing or a Legends Z-A promotional tie-in card. If a Z-A-branded Florges or Floette promo materializes (none confirmed as of this writing), that would change the calculus. For now, the 2014 Phantom Forces Full Art represents predictable collector demand with no competing premium version.

The collector entry map for this line runs cleanly from bottom to top: Flabébé Common ($0.13 raw) to Flabébé League Promo ($4.94) to Florges XY Flashfire Holo ($1.43–$2.00) to Florges EX Double Rare ($6.20) to Florges EX Full Art ($18.45–$26 NM) to Florges Sitting Cuties plush ($52.49) to Eternal Flower Floette plush ($50.07–$69.79). No graded ceiling exists yet for the EX, as PSA population for this card remains thin compared to the Phantom Forces set headliners.
