Who it's for, and who should skip it
The Build & Battle Box is the only SV07 product that ships with a working deck.
That makes it the right pick for anyone coming to Stellar Crown who wants to play first and collect second. New players get a working deck and four packs of new cards for the lowest entry price in the product line.
It is also a reasonable low-cost option for returning collectors who want a few SV07 packs without committing to the ETB. The set-stamped promo is a small bonus, though it is not a premium foil finish and trades for far less than the full-art ETB Noctowl.
Skip it if you are primarily buying for pack value at current aftermarket prices. Once the B&B Box is running above $25, the per-pack math crosses above individual pack pricing and the ETB becomes the better sealed option for the same dollar.
